Grappling with tricky vocabulary in class five
We came across some tricky vocabulary in our core text so we have worked collaboratively to match images and definitions to help us remember and understand.
Learning in Class 4
This week we have enjoyed learning about colour mixing, counting forwards and backwards in maths and walking around our classroom to find words with our new sound. The children worked extremely hard with their phonics and writing. Well done Class 4!

In Class 1 Crew groups we have been talking about what we would like to be when we are grown up.

Children loved exploring our outdoor area and brought us lots of things that show 1.
Working with numbers in Nursery
Our Nursery children have loved exploring and counting the objects in our treasure box. They have been representing amounts by writing numerals and making marks.
Perfecting place value
We used base 10 to represent the tens and ones in lots of different numbers.
