Are you ready to be #NortonInspired
We are a school that values relationships between all. Our school is a family. We are a crew – no one gets left behind.
We’re also a proud member of the XP School Trust – a Trust of schools that put compassion and beautiful work at the heart of all we do.
Curriculum
We have a curriculum that supports all learners by creating engaging learning environments and provides opportunities to learn in different ways through our ‘real-life learning’ Expedition curriculum.
We support our children to take ownership of their learning and become the best version of themselves with dedicated support from our teachers and learning coaches.
Parents and community
Parents and carers are at the heart of our school community – engaging in learning activities and celebrations of learning. We also have frequent visits from Experts in the community to support our learning!
Our school is embedded in the wider Doncaster community. Students make beautiful, purposeful work that is showcased and curated outside of School.
Find us
We are a welcoming, friendly and warm Infant school in the leafy rural village of Norton in North Doncaster with great links to the A1 and other parts of Doncaster.
Habits of Work and Learning
Our school ethos and HoWLs (Habits of work and learning) develop your child’s voice, promote positive mental health and their ability to strive for their best.
Nursery
Our Nursery provision offers 15 hours placement for children – It’s a place where children are happy in a wonderful nurturing environment which allows them to thrive in their early years, meeting your family and childcare needs.
Opportunities
Our school provides equal, exciting opportunities for all children and makes learning purposeful. We provide opportunities for children to develop in more areas than just academically and promote a love for learning from a young age.
Norton Infants has its children at its heart and it focuses on developing children’s character as well as their academic skills.
Our school family is constantly growing and flourishing. Come and be part of the story as we continue to tell it…
