Our Nursery children are enjoying the start of our new Expedition. They are having lots of fun in our big red bus and fixing and washing bikes in our outdoor garage.

Working Hard on Our Expedition Final Product
We have been busy researching and planning our reports about amphibians, birds and fish.
We have drafted, critiqued, redrafted and painted to complete our beautiful animal artwork.
Class 3 you all worked so hard and I hope you are very proud of your beautiful work!
Feed the birds
In Nursery we have loved making our own bird feeders using pinecones, lard and seeds.
We’re looking for an EYFS and Phonics Lead at Norton Infants!
There is a great opportunity for you to become our Leader of the EYFS Phase and Whole School Phonics Lead here at Norton Infant School. We need someone to further design and creatively develop the Early Years Foundation Stage, working with an expert Team of EYFS leads from across the Trust.

Spring Festival of colour. The children enjoyed throwing paint at Mrs Ponsonby as part of our learning about the festival.
Class 3 Reunited
It was so lovely to welcome everybody back to school on Monday and we’ve had a wonderful week so far.
In crew we shared our feelings about being back together, talked about what we are thankful for and reminded ourselves that we are always there for each other.
So many smiles catching up with our friends!
We had so much fun working together to create and perform our dances in P.E.
Happy to have our talk partners back again and be able to work together on our maths problems.

What a week!
We have been so happy being back together this week.
The children have been incredible settling back into school life – they have worked hard, been kind and done it all with a smile. You’re our little heroes!

World Book Day
