Celebrating Holi:
In India people celebrate the start of spring by enjoying a colourful festival called Holi. People throw colourful powder at each other during their celebrations. We did some fabulous artwork:

We also celebrated in school by getting very colourful……and messy!!!

We celebrated our first week all back together with a silent disco – we had a great time.

We have also enjoyed being back in our classroom and being back with our friends:

Class 3 Reunited
It was so lovely to welcome everybody back to school on Monday and we’ve had a wonderful week so far.
In crew we shared our feelings about being back together, talked about what we are thankful for and reminded ourselves that we are always there for each other.
So many smiles catching up with our friends!
We had so much fun working together to create and perform our dances in P.E.
Happy to have our talk partners back again and be able to work together on our maths problems.
Having fun at our ‘not so silent’ silent disco!
Dancing and Singing Start – Back to School
The children have loved being back where they belong 🥰 They have settled brilliantly and we are so proud of them! Check out our silent disco…
What a week!
We have been so happy being back together this week.
The children have been incredible settling back into school life – they have worked hard, been kind and done it all with a smile. You’re our little heroes!
We started our week the only way we know how – crew breakfast!
We read books.
We did PE – our crew won! Yay!!!
We worked hard.
We had the best time dancing and singing at our (not so) silent disco!
Our wonderful week
It has been a joy seeing all the children come back to school again. They keep on smiling, staying positive showing their enthusiasm and eager to learn! Well done everybody.

Holi Festival Celebrations!
Our Nursery children loved taking part in our paint throwing activity as part of our learning about the Holi Festival of colour!
Our Lock Down Time Capsule
Year Two have been busy sharing memories from over the past year to add to their time capsule. We have buried it and plan to open it again when we reach year six – we wonder how much the world will have changed by then?
World Book Day
We had a wonderful day celebrating World Book Day with fancy dress, activities and the Masked Reader.
Chinese New Year
In Nursery we have been enjoying celebrating Chinese New Year.
