Good morning everybody. Can you draw a picture, do a collage or paint your favourite character from Little Red Riding Hood. We can then share our beautiful work with our friends.

Hello Class 6,
You are my class full of Care Bears so I know you’ll like this thought of the week. Keep sprinkling that kindness…

Amelie can ride her bike without stabilisers.

Charlie’s plants

Ivy-Mai’s writing

Jack made a cake for Mrs Ponsonby

Skyler won a prize from amazon when she entered a competition last week.
The children in class 1 have been extremely busy at home this week. I am absolutely amazed by all of the lovely photographs and messages I am getting everyday from proud mummies and daddies. I am so proud of you all too.
Here are just a few photographs of our home learning this week linked to the traditional tale of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’, subtraction and some examples of beautiful handwriting and creative activities:

What a week!
I am so impressed with all the home learning that is happening – you should all be so proud of yourselves – adults too! Not only have we had some fantastic Maths and English work being shared – you have also made an incredible start on our new expedition ‘Where in the World would you go?’
Have a little look at what you have all been doing this week …
I can’t wait to see what beautiful work you all produce next week

Hi Class 6,
I continue to be amazed by your efforts and the beautiful work you’re producing at home! I have put a selection of some of the pictures I have received this week. Even though we may not be in the same classroom we are all still learning together. Thank you for making me smile 🙂
I would also like to thank all the grown ups too, your efforts do not go unnoticed.
Happy Friday
Mrs Chadwick xx

Madison’s persuasive writing has convinced myself and Mr Chadwick to go to Egypt 🙂 Beautiful handwriting as always!

Cian tired his mum out with all the measuring around the house. Look at that concentration 🙂 Great job!

Lucy has been busy researching all about Quentin Blake. Super star!

Lois has made a bed for her dolly and even made her a bedtime story to read all about pandas. Amazing idea!

Jacob looks engrossed in ‘The Ice Monster’, I do miss reading this book to you all Class 6! Happy reading Jacob 🙂

William enjoyed going on his nature trail this week. Great stuff!

Fraser did great on our daily ten challenge. Brilliant!

Hudson had a magnet exploration day. Looks like fun 🙂

Jude wrote about his favourite place. It sounds like fun. Do we all think Jude deserves some fizzy pop for his efforts Class 6 ? 🙂

Sienna drew Quentin Blake’s Willy Wonka. You’re a budding illustrator! Beautiful work!
KEEP UP THE HARD WORK CLASS 6! If I could I would get my prize box out for each and everyone of you xx
Hi everybody,
This week children have been working extremely hard on creating their story map and then writing their own version of ‘The Clock tower’ story. They have showed their beautiful handwriting, spelling and punctuation. Well done to all of you for being determined and resilient with your learning.

Hello Class 3,
A huge thank you to everyone that has shared photographs and sent me messages over the past week. I will be updating the blog weekly and sharing your photos as I am sure you would all love to see your friends.
You have made a fabulous start to our new expedition, ‘Where in the world would you go?’. It has been lovely to find out about all the places you have visited, how you got there and to hear about the places you are looking forward to visiting in the future.
Exploring the outdoors…
Fun with maths and measures…
Reading for pleasure!
I hope you have enjoyed seeing your friends and sharing all the lovely things you have been doing. Keep up your super efforts and I look forward to sharing more examples of beautiful work very soon.
Stay safe.

Hello Everybody
Thank you for all the lovely photographs of the Three Bears beds, porridge challenge and counting work. Can you retell the story to your grown ups and change your voice to sound like daddy bear, mummy bear and baby bear?
Best wishes
