Tomorrow, Friday 27th May 2022, will you please send your child(ren) into school with a picnic blanket/mat for them to sit on outside whilst they have their lunch weather permitting. If we can’t sit outside the children will have an indoor picnic in the school Hall. Please put your child’s name on the blanket if possible so that we know who they belong to at the end of the day! Fingers crossed for a dry day!
Also, don’t forget your child can come to school wearing red, white and blue tomorrow too! ❤️🤍💙
Wow! The children in class five have absolutely blown me away today. They have used all their learning about coal mines to write a recount from the perspective of a child working in the mine. I was really impressed with how the children shared their writing and offered critique.
Truly incredible work – I can’t wait to share the finished pieces with you all.
We kicked off our new case study this morning by completing jigsaws of significant people. We then thought about if they were from the past or present and gave reasons why.
Today Class 6 worked collaboratively to solve puzzles and then order their photos in order from oldest to newest. What a great start to our history case study. Well done!!
Our Nursery children really enjoyed their first school visit to Cleethorpes. They had lots of fun exploring and of course building lots of sand castles.
